you access and/or use our app and including www.BPESTIMATES.com
(“Website”); (2) you use our software, products and other services (“Services”); (3) you communicate with us in any manner, including by
email, direct messaging, telephone, and/or in person (“Communications”). To the extent you are a customer of BPE, you will be subject to the terms of the privacy policy and use of data.


BPE primarily provides services to our business customers, which primarily include appraisal/estimates. We generally do not collect or retain information directly from you except when you browse or interact with our Website, or otherwise communicate directly with us.


Although no system can guarantee the complete security of your information, we take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in alignment with all applicable laws and regulations, as appropriate to the sensitivity of your information. 


We keep your information for as long as is necessary in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, our business needs.
